Efficient oven

We ordered a microwave/oven all-in-one built-in August 2017. Although it took several calls for the installation company to coordinate delivery, the installer was courteous and efficient. The oven is large & bakes well. The microwave has many features but I'm not crazy about the large dial that must be pushed 4-5 times to start whatever I'm microwaving.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Strange Mwave to use. First it is hard to open and close the Mwave door. Second there is a strange cooling down cycle after every usage that is bizzare. IF you want to cool the Mwave you can leave the door open, most cost effective way to do that. Regret having bought this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great oven/microwave combo

I have had my oven for about 2 months. Replaced for previous oven/microwave combo.
I am loving it so far. So much quieter than my old oven. Has a lot of newer features that are nice. I already have a convection oven so didn't need another one.
Controls are very easy to use. Instead of a lot of buttons to push you can scroll through with knob. Heating is even. My husband and I installed ourselves with no problem.

Great features and looks great

After our 20-year-old reliable microwave/oven combo finally stopped working altogether, we started looking for our next unit. I read numerous reviews and decided on this GE model, due to the positive reviews. Indeed, this unit performs very well, exceeding our expectation. Here I would like to address one critical "drawback" mentioned by some reviews: the microwave cook time certainly is adjustable! One easy way that we use is to use the "express 30 seconds" feature, and then turn the dial to adjust the time to the desired duration. On the other hand, indeed, the chime is too quiet and drowns into the background noise easily. I wish it's a bit louder. Overall, this is a great microwave/oven unit. Highly recommend.
