Bought this item and it would not heat correctly. Everything would burn. It took so long to preheat. Store replaced item and it was some better but highly disappointed how I have to monitor baking and it still takes it 10 min or longer to preheat. Very disappointed. Especially for the price I paid for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replaced our 15-yr old model for brand new!

The appliance is beautiful, and overall, I am very happy with it. The oven takes a little longer to preheat than my old oven, but I am getting used to it. Also, I wish the microwave time had more options. For example, you can only heat , 15, 30, 45 second intervals., etc. Sometimes I want 20 or 25. Anyway, it is very nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Making buzzing noise

Making a noise just a couple of weeks into having it. Repair called. They came. Not waiting on a part to be ordered. Should of kept my old used microwave that worked.

The look is pretty good. I've used the oven twice and cooks pretty good as well. One of the downfalls to this unit is the DISPLAY is so small I can barely see them. The sound on the stove and microwave both are so low I can barely hear them. Still learning details.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased this model and it died 9 months after install..Thank God it was within a year. Factory service could not fix so we got a replacement. A year down the line, the new unit started having issues.. i have replaced the blower, replaced magnetron.. the microwave door broke and just replaced from the old unit.. Not sure what will break next.. so lots of issues.. poor quality and reliability.. i cant recommend this even to my enemy
