The common control panel is not good. The dial switch selection of time to cook is an ancient design involving too many steps. The microwave oven's cooling cycle, after the cook time, is too long - the food gets almost cold by the time the cooling cycle is over. The control panel basically is poor design.
Microwave power is low - it takes double the time to heat up a food as the previous model.

I love the wall oven/microwave/convection oven. Preheats fast and cooks evenly. I accidentally left the oven on "warm" and after awhile, the oven sounded an alarm to let me know!

Not user friendly for older people !! I have my mother who lives with me and she can hear the alarm when the microwave is done because the volume is set too low and there is no way to adjusted!!
