Nice combination unit

The top microwave unit stopped working within a week. The service technician repaired it by removing and resetting the temperature thermostat on the top. Not sure why it tripped. But it had been working fine so far. We are concerned about the reliability of the microwave. So we are taking the extended warranty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had one of these combos of another brand for many years. This combo works easier and better. Use without instructions is very self guiding. We thing unit is very good looking and much easier to clean than most units.

Brand new microwave is noisy and rattles when cooking for longer than 2 minutes. Timer pauses and have to click resume to complete. Oven takes a long time to heat up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We understand how frustrating this may be. We would love to offer some insight so you can further enjoy your new wall oven!
When using a certain power level, the magnetron tube cycles on and off to obtain the lower power. This cycling of the magnetron tube causes this dull thumping, pulsating, or humming noise you may hear. Also, we suggest to make sure the smooth side of the turntable is facing up and that its center seats securely on the spindle.
In regard to your timer issue, we suggest to try resetting your unit. This can be done by disconnecting power to the unit for 30 seconds to a minute.
