2 year warranty

GE Unit works just fine. Last unit lasted 26 months and quit. Both were/are the same make and model.

Can’t adjust beeper volume

The oven and microwave work great but the beeper volume is so low it can’t be heard. When asking for a warranty visit the technician was not sure anything he might do would increase the volume. The setting is either “normal “ or “mute”. Why you would put a setting that doesn’t allow the user to increase the volume is mind boggling.
I would recommend this to a friend!
