I am still trying to configure my space. I am sure in the end I will find this is my best refrigerator yet. I am loving all the features. Though I had to have a counter depth refrigerator which cuts interior space, I will get used to this feature.

Nice Counter Depth French Door Fridge with water/ice through the door

We researched Counter Depth French Door Fridges with water/ice through the door. We selected this model after much diligence. It performs well, just occasional drips of water due to ice melting from pieces melting in the chute. I believe the auger that ejects the cubes breaks some cubes which stick to the walls of the chute. Not a significant quantity of water, but if your fridge is installed over hardwood floors like ours, it doesn't take much water to damage the floor. That said, this model is functionally equivalent to a deeper/larger version yet about $200 more. This is typical for the appliance industry, but annoying to me. If it were clothes, why charge more for slim? Less material used. Oh well, still a good fridge!

Cons: ice dispenser drips water from chute

With a small galley kitchen, we needed a counter depth refrigerator. We wanted white to match the other appliances and also wanted the French door design. This unit fit all of our requirements. We were surprised as to how much more room it gives us in the kitchen and yet still big enough to hold everything we need.
The reason for the good rating on design instead of an excellent is on the left door under the space taken up by the water dispenser is a very small narrow shelf that limits what can be stored there. Also we were surprised to find an antenna on top of the unit but I guess its to connect with your utility company if you so desire. The only other thing is it comes wrapped in shrink wrap that is very hard to remove as it is under some of the handles and hinges.
I did have an issue the very first night. At about 10pm after "fooling around" with the temp setting on the refrigerator side, I noticed the temp kept getting cooler and cooler and I was unable to figure out how to stop it. I finally got on line with the chat section and they explained to me what I had done wrong. Fantastic service on their part for that time of night.
Overall we are very pleased with the product and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a counter depth unit.

We just had our samsung rf23hcedbsr refrigerator delivered from Home Depot. I mean we've owned it for about 1 hour. I love it , so far. We ordered it even though there were some negative reviews. We also saw a lot of positive ones. We hope we will remain one of the positive reviews. Will update this review periodically, if not here then on the Home Depot website.
Pros: Bright display, nice looking fridge.
Cons: easy to mark up with finger prints.

Very quiet and very spacious interior design. Functionally, it works great except the temperature reading on the freezer keeps fluctuating from 0 to 27 degrees, when the desired temp is set to zero. Not sure why the temp keeps rising on the freezer even though the door is closed. Also the warning feature on the panel keeps malfunctioning.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations
