Based on two uses with different size plates, the Sensor Dinner Plate Reheat seems to heat the plate well beyond what is necessary.

We bought this microwave a month ago to replace a 7-year-old LG similar model that would have cost as much to repair as to replace. We chose LG again to hopefully keep the installation process similar to the previous model. The brackets were nearly identical so we used the old ones already screwed into the walls. We did have to drill new support holes into the cabinet above as that location had changed. I appreciate the darker interior to hopefully keep this model looking cleaner. So far everything works great!
