And it is, in fact, easy clean. The only thing that I'm not crazy about is something I read in the reviews before I purchased -- that it's not possible to see the foods in the oven while they are cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, granted this replaced a 20 year old microwave. This LG microwave has easily surpassed our expectations. I really did not know what the smart sensor cooking would do and had my doubts but somehow it works. Just select the type of cooking you are doing from the labels on the inside of the door and the food comes out perfectly heated or cooked. It could not be easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this to replace an old over-the-range m/w and are quite happy with it. PROS: It looks sleek and matches our LG fridge. It works well and predictably, and I really like the dark interior (in addition to being "easy clean", it makes it also "easy hide what you haven't yet cleaned"). Really like the fan on/off being separate from the fan speeds, as I always found it annoying to have to cycle through fan speeds to turn off a fan. CONS: The display is hard to read from an angle. The beep volume is LOUD and can't be changed. As some have noted, though the window looks large from the outside, the lower part is opaque on the inside, making it hard for a short person (like me) to see in. That said, I don't have much need to see in; I tend to set it and forget it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some things I love - the "buttons" are easy, you just have to touch not push; very large oven so I can cook a good sized casserole in it; vent fan for the stove is very quiet in comparison to others.
Some things that could use improvement - find a way to reduce the fingerprint issue on the outside surfaces as I end up cleaning/buffing this several times a day; don't black out the bottom part of the door as it is next to impossible to see inside the oven unless you are on a ladder; increase the power of the microwave to 1200 as it seems to take forever to cook things.
Overall I am pleased with the microwave. Installation was pretty easy, the oven is well constructed and sturdy, and the features are good.
