oven had to be replaced

microwave oven had problems with door latch and circuitry from the very start, installer tried to fix the problem but to no avail, the product had to be replaced.
obviously a quality control issue from the factory!

Nice looking and works great!
Only thing when opening the door wide open there is a dragging feeling-not a big deal however.
Very easy to use-love it!
Would highly recommend!

The under-hood light bulb quit working after two weeks but was able to find a replacement easily.

Nice Microwave only pitfall is that the menu list options as numbers and you need to remember what options are associated with what number.

I've had this microwave for approx 2 mos & love it. It has numerous features & all are very efficient from defrost, melt, cook, timer to the four speed option fan. The light which has 2 settings is great & one of my buying decisions. It is one of only a few that the light is actually located over the cook top so it lights up the whole area rather than just a small section of the back. The night light is a regular in our house (most microwaves do not offer this.!) It is easy to clean in & out & looks great too! It runs quietly compared to others I have owned. Definitely recommended!!

I bought this product because I thought it would last. So much for that, 6 yrs and magnetron is dead!!!!!!!

Easy clean feature is great. Nice Large interior, but bottom not flat, so harder to clean. Wish there was a quick 1 minute button.

Cant see what you are cooking

Microwave works great but you cant see what is cooking if you mount over your stove. Bottom half of front door is black.
