[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old microwave fell apart basically and we needed to match up our fairly new black stainless steel refrigerator with a black stainless steel microwave. The install was very easy and the unit looks great. It is also very quiet and performs up to standards. We haven't used all of the features as of yet, but of the ones we did use there were no issues. We can't wait to take the other features for a test drive :-) !
