Overall I feel it is good. A few negatives: the door sounds very tinny as in cheap when opening. Cannot see inside while cooking, light is too dim

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 20+ year old microwave (which I "inherited") died so I had to replace it. This one has many good reviews. It seems a good microwave, very powerful. I haven't used it enough to give a reliable review. My complaints so far are: 1) the fun noise is too loud even at the lowest setting; 2) the light is a bit too dim even when it's on high; 3) the sensor-controlled functions do not seem to being doing the work--I tried to defrost a package of breakfast sausage and it practically cooked it. This is just my "first impression" of the product. Maybe once I get used to it I'll like it more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave one month ago and love all the features. It has a soft touchpad, which makes it so easy to program in what you want. My other microwave touch pad had a very hard touch. I like the dark interior, which I have never had before. The reheat feature is also very nice and doesn't get things overly done. The only thing I don't like is the narrow viewing window on the door. We are short people so cannot view the food through the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our old microwave when the control board failed. This one seems to be fine although we haven't tried all of the features yet. I like the fact that I can turn off the turntable when I heat up rectangular-shaped casserole dishes. My only complaint is that, being under 5' in height, I can't read the display scroll without stepping back 2 paces. The first time I used it, I didn't understand why it wasn't starting; I was being prompted for additional inputs that I couldn't see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this basically sight unseen, no store close enough to purchase had a floor model so used internet search to see the actual microwave. Love the actual look of it but cannot read the clock from any farther away than right in front of microwave and the light is not very bright inside oven or outside either! Cannot watch the turntable to check on cooking due to outside door screen pretty dark also. It does cook well which is it's main function so I guess that is the important thing. Would not have purchased if I would have been able to actually see it run before buying.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
