Replaced a 15 year old very expensive microwave. Extremely easy to install and works great. The only minor issue is that the inside light is not very bright.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave seems to be working just fine. The issue we have is the interior light when using it. It would be so much better to have a proper light to see your food as it is cooking.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an LG refrigerator, stove and dishwasher so when I had to replace my microwave, I wanted an LG as well. This LG microwave looks wonderful and works quickly and efficiently.
Pros: Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just replaced our broken microwave oven with this one, which not only works well, but looks great. Controls are easy to use and cooking is a bit faster than prior unit. The black stainless is especially attractive and matches our recently acquired LG refrigerator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missing express cook keys...sad.

This is a very attractive microwave with a great exhaust fan, good undercabinet lighting, and is easy to clean. However it is complicated to learn, requiring multiple key entries to cook a potato, popcorn and other common items. Most importantly it is missing an "express cook" option where you push one button and it starts cooking for exactly that many minutes on high power. It also came with a slightly crushed corner (in the back side)...the box was undamaged, so I assume it was a factory problem. But, it seems to cook well. It is somewhat noisy and clattery as the plate turns.
