LEAKS WATER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this installed on July 7th, 2018 and it worked fine until the last week. All of a sudden we have puddles on our stovetop that are coming from under the microwave. We even have water inside the microwave. This happens now whenever we boil any kind of water. We had our contractor look at it and he showed us that the fan was working fine, but the left side definitely does not have as much pull as the right side. We would love to hear any ideas out there.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
