Sensor cooking feature works very well. The product is rich in features and options, have your manual handy until you get acquainted with how the various features work. Nice bright undercounter light. Four speed options on the vent. The clock could use brighter illumination and/or a color with more contrast (currently white). I’m happy with the product so far, and am expecting the same quality I’ve experienced with the other three LG appliances I have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our previous LG over the range microwave. I like that the interior is larger. Loved the old one. The Megatron tube died after 7 years. My only gripe with the new one is that the two lights that illuminated the top of the range very well were condensed into one central light that is not near as good.

We purchased this microwave a little over 1 year ago. I am very disappointed with the product. the glass door will not come clean no matter what you clean with. The handle gets warm even hot to the touch when the gas top is in use.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never use abrasive powder or pads. Wipe the microwave oven inside and out, including the hood bottom cover, with a soft cloth and a warm (not hot) mild detergent solution. Then rinse and wipe dry. Use a chrome cleaner and polish on chrome, metal and aluminum surfaces. Wipe spatters immediately with a wet paper towel, especially after cooking chicken or bacon. Clean your oven weekly or more often, if needed. ^CP
