[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had since October 2015, Our old microwave lasted for 14 years, This one is higher power than our last, Heats more evenly than our old one and it doesn't burn my wife's popcorn!

We were so excited to find this unit because we are restricted to a specific size that needs to fit our opening! This unit fit the bill, but more important it has great features that we are using to the fullest. Excellent product!

Missing Timer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is missing a basic feature - a timer. I use a timer almost daily & it's frustrating that this microwave doesn't provide one (& neither does my LG oven).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 5-29-15 put in in the middle of June. Today is 6-4-16 it is totally dead quit when using it. 6 days out of warranty. Now we have to buy a new microwave sure thought it would last longer than that.

Energy Saving Clock? Really???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave works great and cleans easily, but I am annoyed with the "Energy Saving" button on the panel. Apparently the only setting for this microwave is to hide the clock unless you push one of the buttons. This reveals the clock for 5 minutes and there is no way to counteract this feature. It's annoying when my oven display is monopolized by a timer and I want to casually see what time it is. This feature functions like a first generation digital watch. I submit to you, LG, how much power is actually saved by hiding the clock?
