When I returned home I decided to purchase an LG and get ride of the samsung that went defective within the week of the warranty expiring.
So far so good..... Seems to be a much better quality unit than samsung for the same money.....Time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It isn't just push buttom a number. You have to push the whole number in and press start. Our old microwave was more instant. We put a pint of icecream in for 10 seconds to soften and it caught on fire! Never happened in our old microwave.
