[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous microwave was also an LG, but mostly due to poor installation it did not vent properly and it failed after 13 years. I chose this model because of the glass panel and it’s options and it is working (and venting) wonderfully! Very easy to install and we’re extremely pleased!

Found this in Lowes store inventory at a greatly reduced price. Have had good experiences with other LG products, needed a new unit, so I thought I'd give it a go. Glad we bought it. Unit is great and was easy to install. My only complaint is the clock is not as visible as the clock on yjr unit it replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this microwave for about 3.5 months now. I use the recommended settings listed on inside of microwave and find that it cooks items nicely. It has a very quiet fan with four different speed settings. The highest fan setting is still much quieter than my old microwave set at its lowest speed. The only reason that I am not giving it a five star rating is, being a person of short stature I can’t see into the microwave. The window viewing area is rather small.
