The first time I used popcorn setting , without the metal rack , the product over cooked , smelled like burning to me . The second time I removed popcorn with thirty seconds remaining on the cook time , much better results . I tried baked potato setting on small-to-medium potato and it came out shriveled but cooked . not sure I like my ;potato like that . reheated a casserole dish using auto cook , # 3 setting and once again was not happy with results . The sensor seems to overcook everything . For reheating beverages it is great as long as I select the preferred times. Still trying to adapt to new technology and maybe with time I can master this microwave. Keep reading about the plastic handle and set buttons and most comments are bad . so am waiting for inevitable to happen . Maybe I paid too much for the quality of this item. Time will tell .

Disappointed

I've only had this unit for a few days. It coordinates well with my appliances but I'm disappointed with the interior light when the microwave is in use. Interior visibility is poor due to the door borders, low watt light and gray interior. It's like looking into a cave! If a low watt bulb is recommended then the interior should be white or a reflective color. I couldn't see the performance in the store because the microwaves weren't operational, just displayed.
