Don' even use all the features, but the ones we do use, works every time.
So we give it 5 stars for the one we received.

turntable & roller guide

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave roller guide melted & the glass turntable melted the glass. Yes I have pictures I will add them later. This microwave needs to be recalled because of its heating system. I would not buy another one.

Bought in June 2019 and it died in November 2020. First, the microware would power off a few seconds into cooking. Then, it lost all power and will not turn on at all. I've never had a microwave die in such a short period (17 months). Buy something else.

Great microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave replaces a different brand that gave out after 5 years. I am very happy with the controls and features of this one. The numbers are bright and printed in bold print that makes it easy to read. The other microwave had very faint numbers and was hard to read in low light. The dark colored inside took some getting used to but it is actually a nice change from the stark white.

Good, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago. Good but... when the door shut the lines from the door don't line up with the panel flush, there is a little give up and down on the door so it doesn't look flush when closed. Also the fans are pretty weak. If cooking more than one pot on the stove, the fans can not handle all the steam. I put in a compliant with the supplier, they came and looked, but said it is what it is and I'd have to live with the manufacture faults on it.

Have had to have fixed twice. Second time still don’t have back and was sent in august.

Took forever to get serviced and it ran great for a little more than a week and went down again.
Now it does not even turn on and the control board feels hot.
