[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave 4 years ago and the finish started peeling off. LG has replaced the areas peeling. We will see how well the finish holds up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fire Hazard

Bought our house recently and was happy to see nice new appliances. Unfortunately the cooling fan stopped working. By the time I took it apart to see what was wrong, the fan blade had melted and was dripping on magnetron. Scary!!
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands-down the best microwave I’ve ever owned. Not only does it do a great job of cooking, warming up food and drinks, popping popcorn, and all those other things we count on a microwave to do, it look beautiful. The finish truly does not show fingerprints and that is one of its best features. I mean, who has time to wipe fingerprints off an appliance every time you use it?

My kids and I use it to heat up leftovers, pop the popcorn, cook simple desserts, and so much more. It's easy to use, lots of options with each function (i.e. turntable on/off, vent fan, light, etc). And I love that I was able to have it mounted above my stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This same model came installed with the house I bought. It worked great, but the magnetron tube went bad twice. I assumed this situation was just a bad luck outlier, so I replaced the unit with the same model. Haven't had any issues with the new one and it does an excellent job. We use it multiple times every day.
