Would never purchase an LG appliance again

This micro wave doesn't cool off soon enough to keep cooking at high temperatures.
Then the fan melts. Took us 4 months to get replacement parts.

Good but compressor went out after one year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compressor went out after about one year of use, but LG installed a new one ( no charge). They were very fast and professional with their work.
The Fridge is roomy and bright. The best part that it makes ice in the freezer and refill by it's own as we use it which is very helpful in summertime especially.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would have given 5 stars but this replaced the exact same microwave that just died AFTER warranty expired so I do not know how this replacement will hold up. I did get the extended 3 yr warranty this time just in case.

Powerful & easy to care for!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love the workmanship and operation, but taking down a star because - as an average height woman - I cannot see into the microwave while using. The glass design and coloring prevents being able to watch if one is preparing certain foods that can easily 'boil' over or burn. I have to use a step stool or interrupt the cycle. Need to remember this for OVER a stove.
