Hard push buttons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had for a week or so. Good microwave and easy to install, but having a difficult time pushing the buttons. hoping that as it breaks in they will get better?

Good Looks! Cooks fast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed last week in time to use for Thanksgiving. Everything seems to work great - Except the 'START' button must be pressed Very Hard in order to operate; hope this isn't something that will go out in the future?!

Fan doesn't work on slow setting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used many of the functions, but the ones use daily seem fine. I wondered why the fan was so loud when pushing the on button so I checked the manual. The fan is supposed to start in "slow" mode when pushing the on button, but it in fact starts in "low" mode. I don't know if others have had this problem, or if it is covered under warranty. I abhor loud fans, so kind of important to me.

Honestly, I would have rated this higher were it not for the fact that it is mostly plastic, and the warranties do not cover cosmetic repairs. It works great, but what do I do if the door, (mostly plastic) gets damaged? I want this appliance to look as good as it cooks!
