[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this and matching fridge, oven, and dishwasher a year ago. None of them work properly, the microwave always displays a message saying enter time in minutes and seconds. After calling several times, and getting no results, I gave up. The fridge no longer provides water on the door, the oven doesn't cook anything in the correct amount of time. The dishwasher hardly ever makes it through a full cycle without having to restart the whole thing again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great, now that it works again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we received it was great. Then stopped working. When they came to fix it found a plug inside that was not fully connected from the factory. Since then is great and the only one we've had in many years that only heats the food and not the plate.

Loud sounds for months, then no heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed new in our newly renovated house, this microwave was terrible from day one. Made loud intermittent grinding sounds, tripped circuit breaker occasionally, then stopped heating altogether.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We selected this microwave because we needed a new one and really wanted a better, quieter, more powerful exhaust fan. We have great success with other LG appliances and it was an easy choice. The product does that as expected. All the cooking functions work flawlessly and it is is easy to clean as hyped. i especially like the variety of defrosting and reheating functions, as foods react in differing ways. The only feature I would like is the ability to add or subtract time earlier in the cycle, As is, you must wait until the time digits appear closer to the end of the programmed cycle.

Lots of features and settings, but, other than cooking bacon and warming things up, we don't really use a microwave to cook meals in. But, it has the power to do what we need it to do and we are satisfied with the ease of use and quality.
