Very attractive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought LG products for my entire kitchen remodel because of reviews I had read. That is the main reason I bought an LG microwave. It is a very attractive one. The lighting inside is very sexy. So far I haven't had any problems with it heating correctly and find the controls easy to use. My only issue is that the light on the bottom of the unit that shines on the stove is not bright enough. That's probably fixable, though

The size accommodates all of our cooking needs while also providing a slim, sleeker look than some of the other microwaves we viewed. The guidance on setting the microwave for specific needs such as softening butter, etc. are clear and easily accessed. As always, we are happy with our LG purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liked the unit until it broke down. Getting the service was like pulling teeth. Went 4 months before getting the money back to purchase a new one. I have to pay to have the old one taking out and new one installed. So i fill i got taken there.

I love it because it is so quiet, you can lower the top rack to put tall items in it, you can lay the bottom rows down to put pots and pans or large bowls in it. It plays music to let you know it’s finished it’s cleaning cycle.
