[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a couple weeks ago. My husband installed the microwave himself - didn't require a professional to come out and install. Template and instructions well written. The finished product looks great in the kitchen. Easy to use. Love that the door is easy to close - doesn't slam or require much effort to close. Would definitely recommend this product. I also recently purchased the LG refrigerator and dishwasher. Great brand.

Microwave only worked for 4 mos before the touchpad no longer responded. Not sure if the part is even available; after 4 mos of chasing repair and/or replacement giving up on LG- shouldn't be this hard.
