Template and instructions well written. The finished product looks great in the kitchen. Easy to use. Love that the door is easy to close - doesn't slam or require much effort to close. Would definitely recommend this product. I also recently purchased the LG refrigerator and dishwasher. Great brand.

Microwave only worked for 4 mos before the touchpad no longer responded. Not sure if the part is even available; after 4 mos of chasing repair and/or replacement giving up on LG- shouldn't be this hard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had to have this unit worked on twice. Now the door is loose but it takes at least a month for anything to get fixed. As much money that has been spent on the service and parts LG would be better to just replace or refund us for this unit.
