[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a month ago and tend to use the microwave quite a bit. I didn't realize what I was missing until I purchased this appliance. Love the REHEAT and COOK functions as it allows you to pick the type of food you are reheating and cooking. Even the defrost option works better than my old one because again it is focused on the type of meat, poultry, fish, etc. Love love love the black stainless steel look as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had an LG before, so my disappointment comes from the quality and feature loss in newer models. The outside sheet metal box is thinner, the door is not quite the same color as the dark stainless, lights are weaker inside and out, window is small and high, 4 speed vent is loud at all 4 speeds. That said, I did not find much better in other models. It does not cook as evenly as I hoped. But the final product looks good and it does what it was meant to do, so I'm giving it a 3. There are certainly worse out there. I do like the timer on the vent fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we are happy with this unit. But here are some things that should be addressed. In side cabinet could be a little lighter gray. Door should have a full view. Not just a 4 inch strip across the center and the rest blacked out. It's hard for a taller person to see in and impossible for short or smaller woman. This is not for safety reasons either because plenty of other microwaves have full view. As a technician we use to tell people microwaves are square and can't come through round holes. Some people would actually believe this. Anyway it wouldn't hurt if the touch buttons were a little more sensitive to the touch. A light touch and hold people the buttons sense your fingers and are NOT push buttons.
