[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Black stainless finish looks great, and I like the darker color inside as well. Lots of features, including variable fan speed and optional turntable movement. The rack is not as sturdy as I’d expect, so I won’t use it for heavy dishes. I had an issue with the door latch, but LG sent a local repairman to fix it without any hassle under warranty.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave stopped working after 22 months. Only thing that might be good is if service person can repair or replace what broke when he showes up on 1/19/2021. I'll let you know.

We had a LG dishwasher and stove that have been an amazing work horse with no problems. So we got this microwave and the features were great. We have it in black stainless and was impressed the handel was metal and not coated plastic. Performs as promised
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new microwave oven for about 2 months now. So far I am very happy with it. My only issues is that it is more powerful than my previous oven so I have a tendency to over cook/warm up. Overall I am enjoying my new oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first LG appliance and I have been very pleased with it. The new sensor features have been very helpful, from Reheat to Soften & Melt . As an example I can soften for scooping a frozen 1/2 gallon of ice cream by pressing Soften + 2 (for ice cream) + 3 (for 1/2 gal) and get a perfect result. The sensor instructions are visible when the door. is opened. Cooking and Reheating has also been very successful with out using the sensor feature..
