[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I called for warranty and someone came and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part and came back within a Week fixed it in just a few minutes and now it works again. It is a nice unit. But my wife is short and cannot see into the unit because of the small viewing area on this units door. I do most of the cooking: only a problem for her. We’ll see how well it goes now that it is working. I did the shopping for the unit so I win the right to use it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this microwave with a bundle deal. It seems to work great! No complaints. The rack is handy to warm up multiple things. We had gone about 5 years without a microwave so we are enjoying it :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were excited when we changed all appliances in kitchen little over an year ago. Microwave stopped working at 6 months after installation. It took long time to connect to anyone to help and we are getting rid of this and buying a new one. Not happy
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
