Installed in December & still trying to adjust to the features. The reheat option doesn't seem to work as descriped. Seems to overheat the food - we usually shut it off before it is done.

I bought a second so I’d have one for each oven - an asset in both!

So sad about our LG microwave. We built a new house almost 2 years ago and purchased of microwave then (June 2019). Since then it has broken down twice. The 1st time was about 8 months ago when it just topped working. No power nothing. LG was good about sending out a repair person right away but it took over a month to get the parts and get it fixed. Now here again barely a year later it is broken again. This time the exhaust fan melted and burned out a bunch of parts. Waiting on replacement parts now so I'm sure it will probably be at least another month before get it it up and running again. So my advice is DO NOT an LG microwave or at least not this model as it is a piece of JUNK>

A high quality easy to use microwave that has all the bells and whistles I need. My only disappointment is both the light inside and the one lighting the stove area could be brighter otherwise it’s a 5 star for me.
