It’s a breeze to follow eliminating the guessing game of what function and how much time to use. If I’m reheating, melting, warming, or cooking any of my meals it’s performance is always to my satisfaction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a year ago, it has some great features, the problem is sometimes it goes dead and have to wait several days before it will work again. The last time it was three weeks, called for repair that took about three weeks and when they showed up it was working again. Landed up buying a small countertop one to use when this goes out. I think the problem is moisture is getting in the control panel from the stove top, and have to wait until it dry’s out before it will reset. The biggest problem is getting service from LG in a timely manner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I miss the "1-6 function as a shortcut for 1-6 minutes" function
The visible window is narrower, so over the range my wife can't see in and see how things are doing.
The "eco saver" mode (turns off the clock display) turns off every time you microwave something, which makes it kind of pointless. Having this as a persistent setting would have been more functional.
