[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this in my brand new kitchen, it's beautiful and works great. The only problem is keeping the exterior streak free. I have used window cleaner, soap and water and stainless steel cleaner and it still streaks.

The plate and holes were already there. So far this one is doing good. No problems with it. I especially like the reheat feature, and use this often. Food comes out hot and great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an over-the-range microwave and for a time it was exceptional. However, the unit stopped heating and is being repaired. The parts have been hard to come by apparently, although I have stayed patient and hopeful, with an assumption that the pandemic is causing the delay. The microwave was a real pleasure to use prior to this mishap. The control panel is intuitive and simple to understand and the power is exceptional. I recommend the unit, but I also recommend that LG find a better way to support its repairs.
