The key pad is responsive unlike my last microwave. It is very quiet. One con that it has is the display is very dim and hard to read from a distance. The dark smoke colored lens adds to the display being hard to read.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this microwave as part of a package deal. I liked the LG refrigerator have own and decided to stick with the LG brand. This is a nice microwave for the price but the inside of the microwave is a bit smaller than we were use to and didn't notice it until we got it installed and used it.
It works very well. The only draw back at this point is the glass is so dark that it is hard to see in the microwave to see inside when running. Also the center of the glass that isn't dark is very small so it is hard to see in once it is mounted above the stove.
