[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this installed for about 45 days now. Lots of useful functions, and a handy chart on the inside on how to use them. No cooking issues. There is a shelf - we removed it, because it was in the way for too many things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my second unit. The first one stopped heating. The second one had a some kind of short that required a repair and since then the buttons work only sometimes and the popcorn button runs for like 30 seconds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
