[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my old microwave so I wasn’t sure I could be wowed by another one. Well I am! This microwave is SO easy to use as just about ALL your needs are already programmed into it and they are easily visible when you open the door! I’m a BIG user of a microwave every day— not to just reheat but to ACTUALLY cook! If you haven’t ventured into using any of the presets you should. I continuously use the fresh and frozen settings and my veggies come out great! Once you start using any of the presets you’ll be able to learn if you want more or less time and adjust accordingly. Also, the reheat presets are great! I use the baked setting for frozen waffles, pancakes, muffins, etc. They come out soft & hot! There’s more to be said about this microwave but it would be too long! I encourage anyone looking for a new microwave or to update their own to get this model! Oh, the price is a no brainer!
