[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase on 2-4-21, received it on 2-25-21. When I got it I notice the turn table was not going around, so finally I called LG. They set up a appointment for the repair man to come and check. It took a couple of weeks for him to come and it was the small motor that turns the turn table. Tech ordered a new motor part to be replaced and 5 days later it was finally fixed. LG appliances should be tested or checked if everything is working before delivery to the customer. This was the first time ordering large appliances online but I think next time I’ll go shopping in person at a store!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like it so far. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the location of the rack. It is too low and not adjustable. I am constantly having to remove it to zap simple things like a coffee mug. Other than that I love it!

I was concerned it might be underpowered since it is only 1000 watts and our previous ones were 1100, but no worries, it works great! I especially like the auto cook feature that cooks ground beef quickly and evenly. Only thing missing is a fingerprint-free surface.

The finished color of this microwave looks beautiful. I haven’t honestly used it but a couple of times, however it works as it should. I only wish the bulb was easier to find an LED replacement for as all of our lighting is 5000k and this light just looks dingy.
