[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave less than 2 years ago and it’s already broken. I spent a ton of money on an Lg washer and dryer and the washer already had to be repaired. Not happy with the brand overall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used to put in my time and power level in increments to thaw meat. This time I figured I'd try the new programmed thaw. I was amazed that my ground beef was thawed perfectly, no cooked meat around the edges, juices preserved, and I was able to break it up and use it in my recipe as if it were fresh. That gave me the impetus to rely on the other warming and melting programs, which so far have been perfect. Also, easy to keep clean and no smudges. Very happy with this appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works like it should. I just wish I saw it plugged in before buying it. The window is so tiny that you can't see your food cooking. Its useless having a window at all at that point. The lettering on the digital panel is very strange. It will say cooll instead of cook. And all the R's are lower case while everything else is upper case. I thought this was a manufacturing error and have my microwave replaced two times. Turns out they intentionally did this. If you have OCD, do not buy. If I had known sooner, I would've gone with something else. It irritates me to no end.
