[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my microwave for almost 3 months nows, and I love the look of the dark stainless and how easily it cleans. I feel some of the processes are a little complicated. It takes a while to get used to th timer. After 2 months a plastic hook holding a metal shelf melted. Service was good, but I was told not to keep the self in the oven unless in use. The shelf fell when in use, but why even put it in if it melts a plastic hook.
