My wife and I are satisfied with oven's performance. The only thing that could make it better is BRIGHTER LIGHT under the unit, present bulb- at highest setting- is very weak.

So far, happy with this microwave but wish the exhaust out the top had an automatic flip out vent rather than just blowing straight up on wood cabinets above & leaving residue on them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this microwave and it looks great. It is shorter than our old one yet has way more capacity. Very please with that. HOWEVER, if you are installing it, do not use the template that is provided. Could not seem to match it up so I put it on top of the microwave. The holes didn't even line up? How can that be. Totally useless template.
