[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this microwave in July and I'm still learning all of the features. It utilizes an easy to learn user interface and a strong vent fan. I've had a couple of incidents of cold spots in food even when cooking at the recommended time and temp, but of course I just heat again. Again, this could be a learning curve. Just an observation but not a real challenge is the size and placement of the window -- it's a relatively small opening. I'm 5'10" and even I have a hard time seeing into the oven. The microwave is positioned directly above my range in the cabinet.
