Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this when our microwave died. Was intrigued by the "Sensor Cooking" setting and it has turned out to be a go to. Reheating a dinner plate or a cup of coffee is so much easier now and no more cold spots. Defroster setting works marvelous and has ample selections (meat, poultry, fish, etc.). The soften and melt functions are something we totally overlooked when purchasing but use them all the time with butter for baking. The purchase made us want the gas, double oven range even more which we finally were able to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2.0 Cubic inches might be just a tad too large for some folks. However, all of the features available does it give a lot of flexibility. How many times have you tried to melt the butter only to have it spontaneously erupt instead, spewing out buttery mess every where to clean up. The melt feature is definitely a boon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this installed at a regular height above our range. I cannot see inside the microwave while it's on, as in to watch what I am heating. This is because the viewing area on the door is very narrow. I cannot even see in on tip toes.
Also, would love if it alerted me with a reminder beep that my heating is done and something is waiting inside. I didn't think that mattered much, but alas, I like the reminder beep.

What sticks out most to me is that it feels so secure when you open and close it. It was very easy to install and changing the direction of the blower was simple. Cook top light HOT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don'g get me wrong, this is a beautiful looking microwave and does the job and has enough features to satisfy my rewarming needs. However, when I am using the stove and need the light to see what I'm doing, the light underneath becomes EXTREMLY HOT. I had service out to see if there was a LED bulb that could replace the current incandesent because it not only heats up the stovetop and makes it even hotter while cooking, it heats up the inside of the microwave so much that I'm afraid to keep my microwave cooking top inside, and that is made for cooking in the microwave. I think this is a manufacturing defect and they should change it. Just my opinion.

It has some very nice features that my past microwaves did not have. However, I miss the fact that after the timer goes off it doesn't beep at certain intervals if one is unable to get to the microwave as soon as the timer beeps. My last microwaves would beep at either 30 or 60 second intervals for the next 3 to 5 minutes if the timer wasn't shut off right away. Iw one is busy when the timer goes off it's nice to have those reminders or one is likely to forget.

Very attractive.
The light for the stove top is not very bright.
The buttons are finicky and not placed in the most logical places.
It only has a +30 second switch for adding time.

A surprise was a lot of the window is blacked out. Since it is an over the stove microwave, it is going to be high up there. I have to get on my toes (at 6') to see what's going on in there. My wife didn't even think there was a light in it.
