We purchased this microwave in May 2019 but did not have it installed until October 2019 due to our home was under construction. This microwave hasn’t lasted a full 2 years. Last night it just died. It just shut off and stopped working. We are extremely disappointed as we purchased a total package of LG for our new kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought as part of a new Kitchen appliance set to go along with a remodel. Love the "Add 30 sec" featrure as this is our highest use item. Good light illuminates the cooktop. Fan is a little loud but works well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this a few months but seems to work very well. The only two issues I have come across so far is the inability to see inside. I am 5'5 but the the black film on the bottom half of the door blocks my view. The only other minor issue is that we find the tones when cooking is completed to be too loud.
