Thankfully this was covered by warranty but the technicians were surprised to see the fuse not working so soon after installation. Now working smoothly again with all the features that we enjoy - but crossing fingers that product doesn't require repeated fixing over the typical lifespan of a microwave.

Purchased 2 years ago and it started making a loud grinding noise. Because it is an over the range microwave and I just had my back splash tiled I am afraid if I replace the unit I will damage the new tile. Called the store where I purchased the microwave and because I didn't buy an extended warranty they refuse to even look at the unit. My last microwave lasted years. I have other LG products and I am not happy with any of them. Poor quality, poor performance and expensive then other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this microwave installed in our vacation home last and within 12 months the door switch failed which caused the wbole unit to not function. Trying to get warranty repairs through LG is a NIGHTMARE

The microwave has squeaky noise, and the dishwasher with a drenaige smell.
