[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the microwave for 11 months. It works great - evenly cooks/reheats. We use the quick cook pre-programmed function almost daily. The interior light is not very bright when the microwave working and with the door design, it is hard to see the item in the unit while being reheated/cooked. Another design critique, the exhaust fan filters falls out.

As part of our remodeling, I had to remove it and re-install it. I reached out to LG for a new template and they responded quickly and sent one. The customer service is great. I highly recommend LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m overall happy with my purchase. It installed easily and looks nice. Feels sturdy and I feel good about the long warranty. I am disappointed with the sensor cooking as it seems to like to overheat everything! Chili shouldn’t be boiling on the “soup” reheat and pizza reheat leaves slices looking like they have been under a broiler without browning. I’ve learned to watch and make my own judgement on when to end the sensor cook cycles. I also don’t like how dim the light is that illuminates below it, but that’s a a very small annoyance. Not a big deal.
