[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this for the home remodel when we purchased the new stove to keep the look the same. We replaced a worn product that was in the house since it was built and I couldn't be happier with the decision. This microware is significantly smarter than my old product - the automated features work so much better than expected. I love and routinely use the Soften/Melt feature for butter, chocolate, and other items used in baking. Cleanup inside and out is a breeze! If you do manage to make a mess, just use a damp washcloth/paper towel and you are good to go for the next use. The exhaust fan with its 4 settings is fantastic., my old unit had two settings "loud" and "horribly loud". Each setting on the from Low to Turbo does a great job of actually exhausting above the stove where the first two setting are very very quiet and the last two while you can hear them, they are not obnoxious. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and will recommend to my kids for their remodels.
