[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a microwave with this LG unit and wanted controls not on the door. Previous controls on the door models all “crashed” after a couple years and due to shutting or slamming the door, which kids and others do when in a hurry or alone, etc. Door replacement is the cost of new unit! So no more door controls for us!
