Out of the box, door is mis-aligned. Hard time getting door to connect to close, get error messages to close door almost everytime I use it, so need to call for service already. 3 stars are because it works otherwise. Inside is easy to clean. Don't really care for controls across bottom of panel. Too hard to read and so is the time. Stainless steel frame doesn't seem as quality made as expected.

My Microwave was ordered in May too but there was an error on the appliance and it had to be reordered and I didn't get it until September 20 when it was also installed.

The manufacturers warranty was easy to get in contact with. They scheduled for it to be fixed. We will be going on 3 weeks waiting on parts or whatever the hold up is now.

I purchased the black stainless finish on our microwave. Functions are great and the black stainless is very sharp looking. When it started to peel off I was very disappointed. I had the same issue with the refrigerator I purchased at the same time. Very poor customer service from LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this microwave a lot, but it needs a brighter light inside as the interior is a dark grey. Also the "window" to look inside is partially blocked by a black strip across the bottom. So between dark interior and dim interior light it is hard to check on food while cooking. The exhaust fan is strong and can be vented inside or out, which is a nice option.
