The glass in the oven door that is supposed to be sealed allowed grease get in between the glass panels and cant view the inside clearly anymore... We had to call service and parts are on order..tbd as to a fix yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and it was the last missing piece to my newly renovated kitchen. I am so happy I did. It fits perfectly and it is small but powerful enough to cook a variety of food. This is a great upgrade from my old microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old microwave finally wore out. We read reviews in the LG unit and saw great customer satisfaction. We dealt with a local appliance professional who gave us great advice and help. The options and settings are much improved over our previous microwave from a different manufacturer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed new LG microwave oven April, 2021. Stopped working in November, 2021 and could not be repaired because parts are not available. It’s now January, 2021 and this issue is still not resolved . Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
