It cooks things much faster than our old one, but I love the extra reheat and popcorn buttons, it takes the guess work as to how much time to cook food for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this microwave in our home for two weeks. None of the sensing functions would work and created F-4 errors, shutting down that function. The simple time and power function did work. The LG repairman came to our house with a new circuit board, but when opening the package, the circuit board was damaged in shipping. He returned 4 days later with another new circuit board and that resulted in the none of the microwave functions working. We called the dealer and they are giving us a replacement. We have had excellent results with other LG appliances and believe that this was just an unusual situation with this one microwave.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
