[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the unit just a couple days ago, replacing my 2008 over range unit. The appearance with stainless and black matches the kitchen nicely. The dim and bright range light option is nice. It cooks way faster and better than the previous unit. The butter soften feature was a great feature to get! The fan is much quieter than the previous as well.
