[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with the microwave and almost all of its features. The price was great! What I don't like and I am surprised these things are a problem. The brightness of the clock needs to be bolder, the light on the inside is useless, you can't observe the cooking process and the outside light is also very dim. Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend but I would thoroughly explain to them about what I consider its shortcomings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the microwave - it does everything a microwave should do and more. It has a 4 speed fan that I use often when cooking on the stove. Although I have not had to change the light on the bottom of the unit, the installer showed me how and it is so much easier than my last microwave. This microwave also has lots of "easy use" buttons for foods that are put in the microwave often. Of note - the microwave is very powerful so make sure to use the right wattage for what you are cooking. My only complaint is the small window. I am short so I can't see inside the oven when something is cooking. I have to get my small step stool...but that is a minor inconvenience. The unit is nice looking and it really is resistant to fingerprints (yay!).

This is my first LG product . My daughter in Florida has a Lg Microwave and I love using it when I spend the cold Winter months with her. M son installed my Microwave over the Range for me.

Using the same model made installation very simple, as the bracket was the same and didn't need to be re-installed. The microwave works flawlessly and does everything we need done. Of high importance to us is the power of the exhaust fan which clears all the vapor from cooking. The multi-level fan also makes it easy to select just the right amount of exhaust (which also correlates to the right amount of exhaust fan noise.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an lg microwave for 9 years that was perfect and we loved. It stopped working and I replaced it with this new one. I am so disappointed, it is loud when it runs, the beeping is ear piercing, and the popcorn button does not work at all, burns every time. This is the opposite experience of my last LG.

Terrible Microwave zero stars

This us a horrible microwave. After 7 months it sparked and literally burnt out. it was repaired after waiting 6 weeks for a part to come in. that's 6 weeks without a microwave. they said it was a quirk and the repair would work. it's now 6 weeks later and the motor just blew. it started running too hot and then made a whining sound and blew. less then a year old??? I would discourage anyone from buying this microwave. I bought it to match my stov first time I bought lg.

Broke after a few months

Was a problem right away. Finally died. Tech came to look at it today. Tried to heat water. He didn’t have any parts with him. AND DID NOT WEAR A MASK! Was here 10 minutes. Said his boss would call me. I just want a totally new microwave!
